Compliance Committee
The Wake Forest University Compliance Committee (“Committee”) is established as a key component of Wake Forest University’s Ethics and Compliance Program. The Committee supports the University’s commitment to lawful, ethical, and responsible conduct by promoting effective compliance oversight, institutional accountability, and a culture of integrity across all academic, administrative, and operational units. The Committee model reflects best practices widely used in higher education institutions, including peer universities.
The WFU Compliance Committee is an advisory committee to University leadership, with members appointed by the President of Wake Forest University, in collaboration with the Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer, based on the members leadership role and direct or functional responsibility for compliance and policy matters within the University.
